About

Born from frustration with false positives

We were tired of being woken up at 3 AM for incidents that were not real. So we built a monitoring platform that only alerts when it matters.

The Problem

Traditional uptime monitoring tools use a single server to check your endpoints. When that server experiences a network hiccup, a DNS delay, or a routing change, it reports your service as DOWN - even when everything is perfectly fine.

The result? Alert fatigue. Your team investigates phantom incidents, loses sleep over false alarms, and eventually starts ignoring alerts altogether.

The Solution

newuptime takes a fundamentally different approach. Every check runs from multiple geographically distributed probe nodes simultaneously. Our consensus engine applies quorum logic: a majority must agree before any alert fires.

If one probe reports DOWN but three others report UP, we know it is a local network issue - not a real outage. No alert. No wasted investigation.

What we believe

Reliability

Every design decision prioritizes accuracy. We would rather miss a 2-second blip than wake you up for a false alarm.

Transparency

Simple pricing, open roadmap, honest communication. You always know what you are paying for.

Simplicity

Powerful does not mean complex. Add a monitor in 10 seconds, get your first alert in under a minute.
